Prepare Your Auto Parts Buying List
Use a reference-based worksheet to keep product, packing and commercial information together. The downloadable CSV is blank; it does not contain verified fitment, stock items or invented OE numbers.
Download and Add Your References
Open the file in your spreadsheet software. Use one line per reference or separately defined service, and mark missing information so it can be reviewed.
Start With the Item You Want Reviewed
Add the product category, buyer SKU if used, complete current reference and where that reference came from. Preserve suffixes and keep a proposed alternative separate from the original item.
Add relevant vehicle, engine, build or installation information. For an enquiry that concerns packing or consolidation, state the goods and responsibilities involved instead of entering an unrelated vehicle description.
Define Quantity and Supplied Contents
Record required units per item. Specify a single part, pair, set, kit or assembly and identify any seals, contacts, boots or hardware you expect to receive. A short description such as coil kit or filter set can hide different contents.
Keep required and optional lines distinguishable. If your team accepts substitutions, identify what needs review before an alternative can be approved. Mixed-reference buying does not automatically resolve item-level minimums or supply constraints.
Keep Packing and Evidence on the Same Version
Add neutral or buyer-brand packing requirements, authorized artwork, barcode data and carton limits where relevant. Printed wording should correspond to the accepted product and contents rather than a preliminary request.
State the drawings, sample checks, test information or traceability records your team needs. Identify the purpose of a sample: dimensional review, functional qualification and packing approval are different decisions.
Identify the Receiving and Delivery Scope
Add the receiving country, delivery point or port and final sales market where relevant. Delivery terms, freight responsibility and exclusions must be defined in the proposed quotation; the worksheet is not a transport quotation.
Review changes before requesting a repeat order. Keep the accepted reference, evidence, packing and order scope together so later discussions use the version your team approved.
Send the Completed Requirements
Paste your lines into the enquiry form or send the file by email. Include your company and contact details so the requirements can be reviewed with your purchasing team.
