Separate PX1, PX2, and PX3 before quotation
Ranger PX fitment cannot be approved from the platform name alone. Build phase, steering system, drivetrain, ride height, production date, and left/right position affect the required part. Our first commercial focus is a controlled standard-replacement range rather than modified or lift components.
Initial sourcing scope
- Early and PX2 inner rack ends, outer tie rod ends, and rack boots
- PX3 front lower control arms, left and right
- Standard-height upper control arms
- Stabilizer links and bushes after the Ford OE and bar-diameter branches are resolved
OE references under review
Research candidates include AB3Z3280A for an early inner-rack-end branch, EB3Z3280A for a PX2 electric-steering branch, AB3Z3A130C/D and EB3C3289AA/EB3C3290AA outer references, PX3 lower arms JB3Z3079C left and JB3Z3078C right, and upper arms EB3Z3085L left and EB3Z3084L right. Supplier confirmation must connect every number to production dates, steering type, RHD application, and dimensions.
Buyer data required
- PX1, PX2, or PX3 and build month
- VIN last eight characters or chassis information
- RHD or LHD and steering-rack type where known
- 4WD, 2WD Hi-Rider, or 2WD Low-Rider
- OE or engineering reference, side, kit BOM, and quantity
PX3 lower-control-arm RFQ
For the first priority pair, suppliers must state Ford service and engineering references, exact left/right BOM, installed ball-joint and bush configuration, headlight-sensor or other bracket details, critical dimensions, manufacturing process, inspection records, packaging, and traceability.
What is excluded
Adjustable, lift, caster-corrected, and performance arms are outside this first program. No PX1/PX2/PX3 consolidation is accepted without technical evidence.
