Standard replacement program for Australian Hilux N80
This program is being built for importers, distributors, private-label buyers, and repair networks sourcing standard-height steering and front-suspension parts. It is an application-review service, not a claim that one part fits every Hilux sold under the N80 name.
Initial sourcing scope
- Inner rack ends and outer tie rod ends
- Steering rack boots, clamps, and applicable lock nuts
- Front lower control arm assemblies, left and right
- Front upper control arm assemblies, left and right
- Front stabilizer links and chassis bushes
OE references under supplier confirmation
Current research candidates include outer tie rod references 45046-09800, 45046-09780, and 45046-09820; inner rack end references 45503-0K130 and 45503-0K070; lower-arm branches 48068/48069-0K090 and 48068/48069-0K120; and upper-arm references 48610/48630-0K050. These numbers are identification leads. They are not presented as interchangeable until production-date, chassis, steering-rack, and dimension evidence is complete.
Information required for an RFQ
- Australian market and RHD confirmation
- Build year and month
- Chassis code, with GUN126R 4WD currently the priority branch
- 2WD or 4WD and standard or modified suspension
- OE number, current supplier number, or clear label photo
- Required side, kit contents, and quantity by item
What we ask suppliers to prove
Supplier comparison covers OE and application tables, threads, taper and critical dimensions, labelled BOM photos, control-arm steel and welding information, ball-joint and bush inspection, coating evidence, batch traceability, packaging, weights, MOQ, lead time, and written wrong-fitment handling.
Important exclusions
Lift, adjustable, caster-corrected, Rogue, GR Sport, and other non-standard configurations must be quoted separately. A broad claim such as 2015-current all models is not accepted without a documented application split.
