Prado J150 applications require configuration control
The J150 program is intended for professional Australian aftermarket buyers. GDJ, KDJ, and GRJ branches, production dates, drivetrain, steering configuration, and KDSS relevance must be identified before a supplier quote is treated as comparable.
Initial sourcing scope
- Inner rack ends, outer tie rod ends, boots, clamps, and nuts
- Non-KDSS front lower control arms as the first arm branch
- Upper control arms after the left/right supersession chain is completed
- Stabilizer components only after front/rear, KDSS, bar diameter, and OE branches are resolved
OE references under review
Current steering candidates include inner reference 45503-60040 and outer references 45046-69245 and 45046-69135. Non-KDSS lower-arm candidates include 48068-60040 right and 48069-60040 left. Upper-arm research includes right-side branches 48610-60050, 48610-60060, and 48610-60070, with the corresponding left-side chain still requiring completion.

Supplier approval evidence
Suppliers must explain reference relationships rather than combine them under one price. We request application tables, critical dimensions, labelled parts, test or inspection evidence, legal-entity documents, in-house and outsourced processes, batch coding, MOQ, packaging, lead time, and warranty rules.
