Toyota Prado J150 quotations often use a broad year range, but KDSS, non-KDSS, chassis family, production date, axle position, and left/right part references can change the required suspension component. The configuration should be recorded before comparing suppliers.
What KDSS changes in an RFQ
KDSS is a vehicle configuration input, not a quality grade. A supplier should identify whether the quoted part is affected by KDSS and show the corresponding application source. Stabilizer-system parts require particular care because front/rear position, bar size, bushes, links, and hydraulic-system relationships may differ.

Current steering references under review
Gerui’s current research includes inner rack-end reference 45503-60040 and outer references 45046-69245 and 45046-69135. The supplier must explain production-date coverage, left/right usage, chassis branches, and the relationship between the outer references. These numbers are RFQ leads, not universal-fit claims.
Non-KDSS lower-control-arm branch
The first lower-arm enquiry uses 48068-60040 right and 48069-60040 left as non-KDSS candidates. A comparable quotation should confirm vehicle and date coverage, complete left/right BOM, ball-joint and bush configuration, critical dimensions, material and process evidence, packaging, and traceability.
Stabilizer parts need additional inputs
For links and bushes, request the exact front/rear location, side, link length, thread and stud dimensions, stabilizer-bar outside diameter, bush inside diameter, and all included hardware. Do not accept a listing described only as Prado 150 all models.
Evidence required from a supplier
Ask for the application source, controlled drawing, dimension report, current labelled photos, product-specific inspection or test record, legal company and factory identity, quality-system certificate, batch marking, packaging, weight, carton data, warranty, and wrong-fitment process.
Price comparison rule
Compare prices only after KDSS status, chassis, date, side, BOM, installed bushes/ball joint, packaging, quantity, and trade term match. A single arm, bare arm, and complete left/right pair are different commercial units.
