The first program covers original-height front lower control arms for selected Australian pickups and SUVs. Lift, adjustable, caster-corrected, and performance geometry must be identified separately.
Quotation scope
- One left-hand lower control arm assembly
- One right-hand lower control arm assembly
- Installed bushes and ball joints where the original design applies
- Installation hardware listed as included or excluded
Application data required
Provide vehicle platform, build month, chassis, RHD/LHD, drivetrain, ride-height configuration, OE references, left/right position, and quantity. Brackets, sensor mounts, bush sizes, and ball-pin taper must be checked where they vary.
Manufacturing and inspection evidence
Supplier review can include steel grade and thickness, stamping or forging process, weld method and inspection, ball-pin material and heat treatment, pull-out or torque tests, bush specification and hardness tolerance, critical dimensions, coating process, corrosion-test conditions, batch traceability, and current production photos.
