A stabilizer kit must identify side and bar size
Stabilizer links may use different left and right references. Chassis bushes can change with stabilizer-bar outside diameter, production phase, drivetrain, trim, or suspension configuration. A model name alone is not enough to define the kit.
Possible kit contents
- One left and one right stabilizer link, or two common links where verified
- Two stabilizer-bar chassis bushes
- Nuts, washers, sleeves, and brackets where specified
RFQ data required
- Vehicle platform, chassis, and build month
- Front or rear axle
- RHD/LHD, drivetrain, and suspension configuration
- OE references for each side
- Link centre-to-centre length, threads, studs, and bush/bar dimensions
- Required BOM and quantity
Supplier evidence
Suppliers should provide side-specific application data, drawings, critical dimensions, ball-pin and socket information, boot and grease specification, bush material and hardness tolerance, current labelled photos, test or inspection records, batch code, packaging, and claim rules.
Current research boundary
The Hilux N80 program has left and right link branches plus bushing reference 48815-0K090 under review. Ranger PX, Hilux N70, Prado J150, and Triton MQ/MR stabilizer applications still require stronger OE, production-date, and bar-diameter evidence before specific SKU release.
Price comparison rule
Do not compare a single link with a complete front kit. Quotes must use the same axle, left/right structure, bar diameter, included hardware, packaging, quantity, and trade term.
