OE-style geometry for standard-height vehicles
This program is for standard replacement upper arms. Modified caster, lift, adjustable, and performance arms are treated as separate products because their geometry and buyer expectations differ.
Proposed pair configuration
- One left-hand upper control arm assembly
- One right-hand upper control arm assembly
- Installed ball joints and bushes where applicable
- Sensor brackets and hardware declared explicitly
Fitment and dimensional review
Each request should include platform, build month, chassis, RHD/LHD, drivetrain, OE number, side, and suspension configuration. The supplier must provide mounting centres, ball-pin taper, bush dimensions, arm geometry, and application-date evidence.
Quality evidence
Required evidence can include material and process details, weld inspection, ball-joint and bush specifications, critical-dimension report, coating record, product-specific tests, current photos, batch marking, packaging, and traceability. General certificates alone do not approve a part.
